I don't own a hotdog waffle maker so this is as close as I can get to my favourite snack back home, waffle dogs. I used tender juicy red hotdogs, and yes...they're made of pork.

MINI CORN DOGS
|| Prep Time: 10 mins. || Cook Time: 20 mins. || Total Time: 30 mins. || Yield: Serves 4 ||
Ingredients:
18 Purefoods TJ Hotdogs - Cocktail
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cornmeal
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
wooden skewers (cut in half)
Directions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add eggs and milk.
2. Mix till lump free.
3. Skewer the dogs and dip into the batter to coat *dredge dogs into flour before dipping into the batter*
4. Deep fry in hot oil. Remove when golden brown, about 5 minutes.
